Baseline: ROM Drills. Barbell Complex with burpee chaser
Strength: Military Press: 5-5-3-3-3-3-3
Stamina: Chipper, not timed: 20 x Military press@90% 3RM, 75 x Push Press@45#, 800m Buddy Carry
Work Capacity: 8 Rounds for time:
- 200m row or run
- 1 Rope Climb
- 6 x Burpee Box jumps
- 12 x KB Swings (55# / 35#)
Durability: 10 x Hill Sprints (substitute 200m sprint if you don’t have a hill), 50 x Reverse Hypers. Active Stretch or Yoga

So, usually “strict press” is standing. I’m assuming that Military Press is seated. I can always get way more seated than standing for some reason. Glad my wisdom teeth holes are about healed up. It was nice to enjoy solid food again.
Can’t wait till tomorrows WOD!
glad to be back doing sealfit while on Holiday leave (and burning off some of that holiday food!), Basic PT sessions were too easy…
