What is a PJ?
Probably push jerk.
Are you adding weight after each rep in the strength stamina work cap
@Wayne, no the weight stays the same throughout
also called Linda in CF Circles
For the sealfit complex, do you perform 6 dead lifts, then 6 power cleans, then 6 push jerks … or do you complete 6 sets of the 3 lifts in succession?
Todd, the demo video is available under JOURNAL> Exercise Demo’s.
Whew! I hate to weigh in at 238 for percentage WODs like this. Got a personal best today.
Discussion: Power Cleans OR Squat Cleans for today? Which did you pick?
“Clean” indicates squat clean.
I prefer to do power cleans because I can keep my METCON up. I also enjoy them if I have limited time or if I haven’t properly fueled myself. When I am feeling beast, I do the squat cleans. Today (yeah, I’m a few days behind) I did squat cleans. Next time I’m doing power cleans. We often have this discussion every time Linda comes up.
Tod it’s 6,6,6. Not positive haven’t seen the video though…
The “3 Bars of Death”was actually enjoyable (relatively speaking). Went a bit lower on the deads than the percentage dictated, but still got great one in. Soreness tomorrow. Possibly one of my all-time favorites.
@Scott and Todd, complex means you never put the weight down during the round. Perform 6xDL, then 6xPC, then 6xPJ for 4 rounds. Add 10lbs each round.
So is 42:17 RX at 225 for the Strength/stamina/WC?
