59 pullups, respect lol. Question: I plan on starting MMA and BJJ, yet im having a hard time picture how im gonna fit that into my SEALfit work since i only have time for one workout a day due to being a Bio major in college. Anyone here do martial arts or MMA? how do you manage it?
Tried doing it for a week or so. I am a civil eng, it is hard. I couldn’t manage time because I was also doing rugby at the time.
Should all pull ups be done before moving on to squats or should we treat it as a circuit
21 pullups
21 squats
21 push
21 situps
then
18… etc
@Chris,
Do 21 reps of the 4 listed exercises, then 18 of each, and so on.
Chris it is 21 of all the exercises then move on to 18 or all the exercises until you get to 3

sorry if this question has been answered but is anyone having trouble viewing the actual sealfit site? I’m getting all the links and info but it’s all on a white webpage. Just wondering if maybe we’re under construction or it’s just me.

My time ended up being many minutes and plenty of seconds. Killer leg thrashing though, felt great.
Guys…Master our NDO routine and you become the master. SEALFIT is the best training you will find in a group. NDO is a personal thing and practiced by the very best….Tiko, Stef and our crew. Mark, Christine, Trevor, Josh and team at SEALFIT we thank you. Great facility, great people, great job. But Tiko and Stef are the masters. Tiko would love to know there is another competitor closer than Paul Watson….Mark, we challenge your team to create a competitor that can beat Tiko…..
And it is Tiko…not Tico….The legend’s last name is Tiko Crofoot, from Fiji, and fiance Stefani Pito…Little girl, little guy, the toughest inside our 10 minutes, bar none……..
Hi, The above articles is very impressive,
