Baseline: Pre-SOP and box breathing, then ROM Drills. 20 minutes of grinder PT.

Endurance: LSD run, ruck or swim.

Benchmark WOD: “Cindy”. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5x pull ups
  • 10x push ups
  • 15x air squats

Durability: SEALFIT Yoga. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes.  Journal post training session SOP.
