Work Capacity: For time: 50x Wall Ball, run 200m, 40x KB Swing(55#/35#), run 400m, 30x Box Jump (30in/24in), run 600m, 20x Pull ups, run 800m, 10x Handstand Push Up, Run 1 mile.
Strength: 5-4-3-2-1-1-1 Push Press
Stamina: 4 Rounds, not timed: 5x Push Press@ 75% 1RM, 10x Ring Rows, 50m Farmers Carry (55# x2)
Durability: 4 Rounds: :45/:45 Side Bridge (:45 between rounds). Active stretch or Yoga
Equipment: Sand Bag, Wall ball, KB, Pull-up bar, Box, rings. Seek to do WC unbroken – will require an intense focus on breathing and steeling your mind. Train hard, stay focused and have fun –Mark Divine

if you are talking about the work capacity there is no rest between exercises…. do it as fast as you can and really strive to do better every day on the workouts

Mitzi I can answer this bueacse my family lives down there! You are outside of my color planting schedule by about a month. The trick is, Las Vegas gets so hot in the summer, but you can grow almost all winter long. My book is really for a spring-summer-fall planting schedule. The dates I offer might work for you and others who live in warmer climates, but really have a spring-summer and a fall-winter season. I am very aware of your needs, and it’s on my list of things to research and write about. But honestly, I can’t speak from experience, only from my research. I encourage you to contact your local extension service (www.extension.org) for a recommended planting schedule.

sorry if this was posted elsewhere, but I couldn’t find it; how much weight is used for the Farmer’s carry? Barbell, dumbbell, kettleball, etc.? Or should we be really hard and just carry a farmer? Thanks.
