Warm Up:  Sand Bag Drills 15 minutes

Strength:  work to 1RM Thruster

Strength Stamina:  5 rounds:  3 x thruster @ 90% 1RM, Weighted step-ups (30 – 35# ea. side), Buddy wheel-barrel (50 yds ea)

Work Capacity:  For time:  50 Burpees.  Run 1 mile.  50 x Curtis P’s (95 – 105#).  Run 1 mile.  50 Burpees.

Durability:  3 rounds:  20 GHD situps, 20 x 4-count flutter kicks, 20 x back extensions

Notes: Equipment required: Oly set, DB or KBs for weighted step ups.  GHD.
