Work Capacity: 5 Rounds: 1min suicide sprint, 1min wall ball, 1min ball slam, 1min sit ups, 1 min burpee, 1min rest
Durability: 4 Mile Timed run. Active stretch or yoga

My new year’s resolution last year was that I wouldn’t die, might break it the last day. Looks fun cant wait!
I’m using two wet towels instead of a slam ball, does anyone have another alternative to a slam ball? I have to use a cinderblock for the wall balls… I’m just going to do a thruster with it and throw it as far as I can each time, I know there isn’t an eccentric portion (catching the ball, or is that concentric… who cares) but it should be a good sub.
My sub for slam ball I use a tire and sledge hammer
