Baseline: ROM Drills. 10,9,8…1 of the following: 4-Count Mountain Climbers, Kipping Pull Ups.
Work Capacity: AFAP: 1000x Step Ups (24″/20″ box)with a 25# weight vest
Durability: 2 Mile recovery run, 50x GHD sit ups, 50x Reverse Hypers. Active Stretch or Yoga.

So if you don’t specify “kipping pullups” we do deadhangs? I was under the impression that any mentionings of “pullups” meant kipping pullups.
Kipping pull ups are okay for numerous amounts of pull up’s. Traditionally dead hangs are the most common for these WOD’s

First SealFit WOD completed as laid down. One awesome and humbling experance, that and a good beasting for my legs. Then had the joy of training some wanta be Airbourn Commandos this evening so my legs are now saying cheers coach for the programing, oh well they’ll survive.
Another common flaw is too wide of a santce. You aren’t as powerful if your feet are in a wide squat santce. Think about how you jump. You’d never jump with your legs all sprawled out. Push press is about hip power. Natural jumping santce is best to create that hip power in the push press and push jerk. Keep feet about hip width apart. Certain people (they will remain nameless) refuse, refuse, refuse to correct this. Their loss. Oops, did I say that out loud? Give me more. What else do you guys see? Ever see any issues with over extension? (Over extension is my biggest battle.) Soft abs? Do you know how to correct those things?
