Baseline:   Sand Bag Get Ups 15 minutes (70 – 100#)

Strength:  3RM Dead Lift

Stamina:  Chipper:  15 x Dead Lift @ 90% 3RM, SB O/H Walking Lunge 200M, 50 x KTE

Work Capacity:  Chelsea on the minute for 30 minutes:

  • 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Durability:  Max sit-ups in 2 minutes.  Commando Plank 2 minutes.  Active Stretch
