Baseline: ROM Drills. 10 minutes of Sand bag get ups
Work Capacity: 7 Rounds for time:
- 7 x DB Thrusters @ 35lbs
- 7 x Pull ups
- 7 x Hand stand push ups
- 7 x Toes 2 bar
Strength: Work up to 1RM Bench Press
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not timed: 5 x Bench Press @70% 1RM, 10 x Dynamic/Plyo Push ups, 50m Farmers Carry
Durability: Run 2 miles in body armor or 25# weight vest. Plank hold 1 x 5 minutes. Active stretch or Yoga

Team – quick question – is that 35# total weight for the thrusters or 35# each hand for a total weight of 70#? I’m assuming 35# each but just wanted to clarify. Thanks.

How much weight for the Hand Stand Pushups?
It is a hand stand pushup….bodyweight. You kick your feet up against a wall, head down, back to the wall, and lower yourself down, and back up
you don’t balance a bar on top of your feet? Crap! I’ve been doing it wrong!
