Baseline:  ROM Drills. 5 rounds, fast:

  1. 20 x KB SDHP @ 55#
  2. 10 x 2 -count mountain climber
  3. 5 x Jumping lunges
Work Capacity: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time of:

  • KB Swing x 2 (20X, 18X…) @ 55#
  • Hand Release push up
  • Dip
  • Sumo Dead Lift  High Pull x 2 (55#)
  • Sit-up x 2
Durability:  sprint 5 x 200M (:30 interval).  Active stretch or yoga.
