Hey Fultz, I was checking out the horseman program (first I’ve heard of it) and it’s sick. Anyway, do they have their own website? I mean, it can’t be just that one document can it? Thanks
To my knowledge that is the only document and there is no website. It was created by a group of team guys. It is a great mixture of Mil. athlete, Gym Jones, Cross Fit and API. I used the routine on my last deployment with great results. My recommendation is to organize it in a three ring binder by month and by workout then pick out your specific goal’s that you want at the end of the 4 month cycle and go for it. Good luck.
So did you use their recomendations and just chose whichever workouts you felt like doing? I’ve been searching for any type of forum on this and as far as I can tell, it only exists from the link in the above comments.
The reason I ask about their website or whatever is because they mention a suggested playlist, speedball, and a few other utterly unexplained things.
I go to BUDs in four months so the program fits perfectly into my schedual. What a great find.
D: I did it in order of the cycles, I just went through the menu and choose the workouts for that particular day that I liked and went for it. I think their play list was posted on a closed military server , I think that’s where they originally posted everything and it eventually made it’s way onto the web. Your right it is a great program with so many options. Good luck at BUDs.
