- 20 x Pull-ups
- 30 x Box jumps (24# / 20#)

Would a boxing workout be a sub for a pt grinder?
Yeah, that would definitely be a good sub! And I wanted to ask you other guys: I had to stop SEALFitting this fall because I was in soccer and cross country, and I did all the WOD’s last week all the way through, but I feel a bit overworked. My Q is would it be okay to build back up doing half WOD’s, or should I back off entirely for a couple of days?
Nick: I’ve been doing SEALFIT program for over a year. Listen to your body. Thats the best advice I got, thats the best advice I can give.
I agree with Alexander. Thats the best thing to do, push yourself to the limit. Find your limit, and improve on that.
