Stamina: 5 Rounds, not timed: 10x Bench Press @ 60%1RM, 20x Plyo Push Ups, 50m Overhead Walking Lunge(45#)
Durability: 10 x Suicide shuttle run (0-25-50), 50x GHD Sit Ups, 50x Back Extensions. Active stretch or Yoga

Last night I went through the archives to find a good WOD that incorporated bench press. Glad I checked this morning, this WOD was awesome!

Yea man I used a towel as well, I actually feel like they are harder than rope climbs because you cant use your legs!
