Baseline: 4 rounds BB Complex 75 – 105# w/ burpee chaser
Strength: Squat Clean 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 1
Work Capacity: 3 Rounds for Time
- 30 x Squat Clean (95#)
- 30 x Burpee
- Run 800M
Durability: Run 3 miles at recovery pace. Active Stretch
Notes: New to SEALFIT?…read this. Equipment: Oly set. WC will be a bitch, but SC's will feel light after the Strength. Do Strength and Durability in a separate working session if time constrained or feeling over-worked.

does that mean we do 4 rounds of 4 on the barbell complex?
it means.. 1 round per each of these loads: 75,85,95,105.. 4 rounds total, 6 reps per exercise as us
Does the burpee chaser mean do 6 burpees at the end or after each individual exercise
