Work Capacity:  3 Rounds for Time

  • 30 x Squat Clean (95#)
  • 30 x Burpee
  • Run 800M

Durability:  Run 3 miles at recovery pace.  Active Stretch

Notes:    New to SEALFIT?…read thisEquipment:  Oly set.  WC will be a bitch, but SC's will feel light after the Strength.  Do Strength and Durability in a separate working session if time constrained or feeling over-worked.
