I did murph today in 31:30. (without a 45 pound vest). I would like to be the first to say that this program is amazing. Before starting the pre training I would struggle to get half way through this workout. Now I made it through with a decent time. I have noticed a difference in how I walk and carry my self. I am more than happy with this training so far and expect it to keep up. I would like to say thank you for all the time and work you guys have put into this. It is truly amazing,thanks again.

Good Evening, Mr. Divine. I am sending you this message at the recommendation of Mrs. Diane Shipley. I attended one of their training courses in April (Don Shipley, Extreme SEAL Experience), and recently we were talking on the phone about plans and progress.
I told her where I was, having attained a fantastic level of fitness, and she asked me how I did it. Well, sir, it was all you and your SEALFit program. I lost 56 pounds in four months using your pretraining program, plus a little extra (daily swims, runs, and heavy lifting on SEALFit days that included weights) and eating mostly paleo-style with a 20% cheat (sorry, not giving up beer). Fact is, it was your program that gave me the needed boost – I had been lifting and sprinting for months before I went to ESE and fitness improved marginally at best. Once I incorporated SEALFit – whoa. Some workouts I lost 2 and 4 pounds!
Once I told her that, she said I should contact you and let you know about this. So, that’s What I’m doing. I have included a 2 pictures from April, and 2 from July. In April I weighed 236 pounds. Testament to the effectiveness of your program sir. Thank you so much for creating this fantastic regimen and sharing it.
