Have you ever considered adnidg more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? I mean I just read through the entire article of yours and it was quite good but since I’m more of a visual learner,I found that to be more helpful well let me know how it turns out! Kevin was very special to Elaine and me from the first sesshin we attended 6 or 7 years ago to the most recent a few weeks ago, when he came in during an evening sitting walking slowly with his cane and friends in support. I’ll miss his humor and his dedication.

I did 1 400m run followed by 21 deadlift @ 225 followed by 12 brown band. Then I did 500 m row followed by 225ld dls and 12 brown band pullups * 2 rounds. I did it in 20 minutes. I feel like I could have done it faster, but those dls seemed very heavy. Nice workout.
26:00 doing the following…Rowing for 1 round, running 400m for 2 rounds21 overhead squats using 35lbs.12 pullups using bandsI hate overhead squats and I’m not good at them so I opted to practice those rather than the deadlifts.
