SEAL FIT Basic Camp

Date(s): Aug 9th - 13th

The SEAL FIT Basic Camp is the STARTING POINT for those who want to learn SEAL FIT from the source and operate at an elite level. The only prerequisite for the Basic Camp is that you are seriously motivated, somewhat fit, and injury-free (a physical exam within the last year is required).

  • Accelerated learning through live-in community environment
  • Group-prepared meals for optimal performance
  • Mental toughness training
  • Reading assignments, lecture and group discussions on subjects ranging from warrior development, nutrition, leadership, goal setting, attention control, focus, meditation, visualization, breathing techniques, and more
  • Six+ training sessions a day
  • SEAL FIT philosophy, standards, and key movements
  • Strength, stamina, and work capacity WODs (Workouts Of the Day)
  • Olympic lifting skill development
  • Durability: warrior yoga, sand bag skills, stretching, core development and recovery
  • Leadership and team-building
  • Awareness development through breath control, meditation, and mindfulness skills
  • Combat defense system foundations
  • Running program, including sprint work and beach runs

The SEAL FIT Basic Camp is not a boot camp. This courseis rigorous butscalable and available to all trainees who are interested in starting their SEAL FIT training with an intensive hands-on program.This program will set you on the path to hone your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual intelligence.
