Any suggestions on Reverse Hypers (face down, hanging hips and legs off a table and bringing legs up)? No equipment at my gym that I can pull those off on without some creativity, if I’ve got the exercise right. Just wanted to see what others were doing.

Seven reps? Maybe I’m on the short bus program but for the warm-ups I thought 4 rounds was pretty standard. 75# (6 Deadlifts, 6 PCL, 6 FS, 6 PushP, 6 Back Squat, chaser 6 Burpees) load up to 85# repeat, 95#, finishing at 105#. Vid here:

Quick couple of question for the CWODs. Are we getting these daily now, including Active Recovery Thursdays and Sundays? Seems like there are more of these than the other WODs lately.
Is everyone typically doing both most days and a CWOD Sunday?
