    Total work out took about 44 min, did 5 min recover like its,writen.

    Hi there.
    Did it in 45:09 with 50# KB anb 40# DB.
    The 10 x100 did on 12.5mph 2nd incline. 15 sec recover. M/37/187/6

    What is Grinder, what do I need to do.
    I run 1 mile, and did some double unders with wall ball and burpees. Managed to get 202Lb on the 1rm thruster.
    Its a long workout though.

    Great WOD. got to 170 Lb PP. With the DL, PC, PJ I managed to stay with the 135 all the way, did 9 reps in 20 min. Been doing SEALFIT for more than half a year now, I was doing CrossFit WODs before for 4 years. Awesome traning tecnique. Adi
