Brent, for the chipper you complete ALL reps of one exercise before moving on to the next in whatever amount of time it takes you – typically a slow but steady pace.
So in other words, you must complete all deadlifts before moving on to the box jumps, and so on. -

Frank, there is an exercise demo section on the site under the “SEALFIT JOURNAL” tab that has videos of many of the exercises found in these WOD’s.
