Tim: I usually do them with really light weight, even just the bar, but it is a back exercise were the bar is positioned were it would be for say a back squat, but standing up right you bend at the hips keeping your back straight.

How much weight for the sandbags? I do not have access to sandbags so I did cleans with 2 #54 kettle-bells, then did a 200m Farmer’s Carry with #75 lbs. to substitute the run; thought that was pretty suitable.
