Baseline: Pre-SOP and box breathing, then ROM drills. Row 500m, then 3 rounds – 10x bench press (75#/45#), 10x ring rows, 5x handstand push ups, 10x dislocates.
Strength: Push press – Warm up then, 80% x 3 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 90% x 3+ reps.
Stamina: Chipper, not timed: 75x Push Press (65#-85#/45#-65#), 75x Supine ring rows, 800m walk with 2 kettlebells in front rack position (35#/24#).
Work Capacity: With a partner, complete the following for time:
- 200x KB swing (53#/35#)
- 150x wallball (20#/14#)
- 100x box jumps (24in/20in)
- 50x overhead squat (95#/65#)
- *Only 1 person can be working at a time and after each exercises is completed, run 200m together.
Durability: SEALFIT Yoga Mobility drills. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes. Journal post training session SOP.
