WC: 15 rounds every two minutes BB complex @a 95# with pushup chaser
Dura: 3 mile run. 100 flutters. 100 levers. Active stretch or warrior yoga.

After work I went straight to the mountains for a challenge. Love that stuff.
Outdoor challenge: took my favorite gnarly hike and did it afap … beat my last time by more than ten minutes at 1 hour 43 minutes. Trail ran speed scramble goodness. When it came to rock faces I used the preset ropes for speed. Mind flowed with focus and body followed. That stuff is my therapy. There is three peaks total to navigate and I never stopped till the last one where I expressed a prayer of gratitude.

OP WOD WC:15 rounds as rx’d … mission accomplished. This was part two of my goal today. Breathed deeply between with excess time and focused on one round at a time … Hooyah!
