Work Capacity: For time: 21x Thrusters @ 115#, 12x Rope climbs @ 15ft, 15x Thrusters @ 115#, 9x rope climbs @ 15ft, 9x Thrusters @ 115#, 6x rope climb @ 15ft.

Durability: 4x 800m sprint (:45 interval). Max Push ups in 2 min, max sit ups in 2 min.

Great stuff! woke up this morning and went in to hit this before work. first time in actual gym in a bit

BL: 50-40-30-20-10 situps, squat jumps
WC: right around 31 minutes with 6 x towel deadhang pullups for rope climbs rest as rx’d. team of two. Total it ended up being 162 towel pullups ha ha, awesome. The ol’ thrusters were good to hit, always fun.
Dura: No run. Max push 2 min = 85, max sit 2 min = 75, both with full rom. My friend crushed me on the situps. Real unhappy with sit total, i need to go at a faster pace. training hard tomorrow because my Thursday was real light. long run, trail, etc…should be fun!
