    Baseline: ROM Drills. 30-20-10 reps of KB swing, air squats (Run 200m between each cluster).

    Work Capacity: 7 Rounds: 5x Man Makers (40#/25#), 6x Chest to Bar pull ups, 7x Box Jump (30in/24in), 8x Toes 2 Bar

    Durability: 1x800m sprint, 1x600m sprint, 1x400m sprint, 1x200m sprint, 1x100m sprint. These are to be performed all out; therefore, rest 2 min between sprints. Active stretch or Yoga.

    Baseline: Used 55# KB and 225M Row.
    Work Capacity: somewhere around 27:30 – started talking as soon as finished and forgot to record time

    BL: checked out 2 – KB’s 35#, and headed next to gym where they have a pullup bar. Trying to replicate as much as possible outside with out staying in gym.
    30-20-10 Pushups gripping KB, swings, air squats
    WC: 25:27. Manmakers was tough to replicate with KB’s. Tried the actual movement but was real unsteady on row portion. So for each manmaker I did 4 deep pushups with KB, then squat clean and press. Strict deadhangs for pullups and found a nice ditch with some a vertical masonry that was at least 30 in. Toes to bar as rx’d. Good stuff. Ha ha dang near busted something trying to do a manmaker as rx’d with KB’s!
    Dura: 8x800m sprints. Goal was to improve threshold level for upcoming races. Moostly for a tribute ultra (not timed, no entry, no rules ultra) the weekend after next. Looking forward to seeing how far a dude can go.
