Hooyah brothers. Another day ha ha…was a little slow today, but you line it up give it hell and never quit!

Warmed up with ROM, breath cycles.
CWOD: outside on track. 5 rounds as rx’d. Touched the ground with hands every squat jump to ensure proper ROM. Good stuff.
6 mile run @ moderate pace. finished on track and just let thoughts play out. They were positive, power thoughts so I let them roll.
