Great way to start the week. Got a lot of running in early but no excuse the 3 mile sandwich should have been done.

AM: 8.15 mile run in 52:35. Great Aloha Run, finished 87 overall. Breathing was timed with little cadences that made it fly by. But it wasnt a long run. Average a 6:40ish pace.
