5 rounds straight through ( 25 pullups. 30 pushups. 40 situps. 50 squats )
Then 4 mile timed run with 150 Burpees penalty for not making 30 min

AM: Warrior yoga. Focus development. Breath awareness.

PM: CWOD
Warm up: some four hundreds on track. Shadow boxed goal post for a while. To get going I like to things that spark the inner warrior. So my breath was synced with the strikes. Really got me going.
WOD Part 1 the five rounds. With my friend we both finished around 35 minutes. Deadhangs all the way for pullups. Everything else unbroken. Which was our mini goal. Quality was paramount. Situps unanchored. Chest to deck push.
WOD Part 2
5 mile run in 33:13. Past four and just kept going and finished through five. Just like running to dang much ha ha.
My friend made the cutoff too but in honor of warrior spirit 150 burps were done by us. For good luck I guess ha ha!
