CWOD w / 20 lb vest
5 rounds as rx’d in 46:39. Deadhangs. burps with vest are fun. all in all great stuff. easy day. My friend did slick in 37 minutes.

3 mile run in 21:01. Started to run and just kept going. no vest was slick.
Warrior yoga done after run.
