Finished yestedays swim over lunch! some pushups at end. Really been focusing on breath control and it helps so much in pool and everywhere for that matter.

RWA CWOD: added a mile at the beginning so 5 miles total
53:14 total. Deadhangs for pullups, unanchored unbroken situps. All runs under 6:30. I must admit I was almost done with the pushups and a gentlemen approached me, turns out he used to be a SEAL/SWCC scout. had a great quick convo with him, paused watch. Solid man just commissioned, HOOYAH SIR! Had fun on this one. Finished with a brief Warrior Yoga session. Solo on this one. Breath, move ha ha!
