2 x 2 mile runs …. rest 5 minutes then 500 Burpees!

Hooyah. Last two days been training outdoors in the theme of my goal this year to get out and challenge ones limit’s while in nature. So today we made a trail run Burpees trail run sandwich!
CWOD:
About 2.5 miles on a trail. We must have been slow because we were a little over 20 minutes

500 burpees done on what looked like an ol WW2 bunker. Mostly sets if ten but finished the last hundred with the goal of 5 every 30 seconds. Easy day!

2.5ish trail run out. Faster than first. Man I love trail runs. Hiking. All aspects of mountaneering.
