4 rounds (40 push, 50 sit, 60 squat, run one mile) vest option

CWOD: started with a 5 mile run in 36:59. Quick break then we did 4 rounds of the bodyweight stuff but with 6 deadhangs spacer between exercises. After the squats it was front roll jump squat pullups because they’re fun. You got to try em. So total added 96 deadhangs if I can include the rolling jump squat pullups. We finished that in right around 24 minutes. Unanchored sit because we were out on track. After we got done. We ran a mile at moderate pace with fast pace last 400.we also tried a Burpee broad jump into a front roll jump squat pullups….ha ha its a little different.
