    1 min max squats
    1 min max pullups
    1 min max situps
    1 min break
    Then…
    2 mile run

    Sat for a bit a worked on clearing mind, with box breathing.
    On track this early afternoon.
    2 mile run at moderate pace
    Right into five rounds
    Burpees goal was fifteen each round. Check.
    Squats goal was over 50 each round. Check.
    deadhangs done for pullups. 17 plus each round.
    Unanchored situps low was 26. Rest above that.
    1 min break
    2 mile run at moderate pace

    Runs were a bit slow today. But just told myself finish stronger than you started.
    Still got to finish yesterday’s swim which is this afternoon.

    I opt’d to do this one today instead of the regular WOD. Nice to have your guys numbers as a goal for me. Keep up the good work.
