Is there a prescribed routine for the ROM drills?

  • Avatar Image Marc Zimkiewicz said 3 months ago:

When there prescribed in the workouts, I will just use no weight; just the bar and use the exercises as a warm up for the harder sets.

Ok, that helps. I wasn’t sure if there was a set routine or suggested list for ROM drills.

Arm circles, leg swings, bird dogs, good mornings, squats, ankles rotation, neck rotational, etc….. What you’re looking for here are dynamic stretches and movements that will get you properly loosened and warmed up for exercise.
