Hey guys, I’ve been doing SealFit for a couple of weeks now and went to sealgrinderpt.com for examples of things to do for Grinder PT. I looked all around the site for a few examples of it but couldn’t find any. I’ve noticed a lot of people have asked about things to do for it and was hoping some people could post their favorite/best things to do for Grinder PT.

    Thanks everyone

That appears to be the MARSOC Short card….wouldn’t be the first time something had a few names.
