- No Rower – SDHP 70# 8 min =2,000 meters. Sprint equal distance, burpee broad jump 8 min
- No Rope – Close grip pull-ups 6 = one accent, towel pull-ups
- No Buddy – Sand Bag Carry (Heavy), Carry Heavy Bag, Any heavy object carried at shoulder level
- No Sand Bag – 70# Kettle bell, heavy bag, small log
- No Wall Ball – KB or DB thrusters (20#)
- No GHD – Do Ab Mat Sit-ups and supine back extensions
