I completed the last workout today, here are my results:
WOD#1 Fran: completed in 10:15 the thrusters were no problem at all had great form. The pull-ups still giving me a little problems I have improved but really trying not to do kipping and also making sure i am going all the way to a dead hang.
WOD#2 completed 17:54 KB swings are a strong point in my workouts did them with 35lbs. push-ups had great form and my run i did on a treadmill at a speed of 8.5mph.
WOD#3 Murph completed 56:36 I really like this workout and introduced it to my shift at the firehouse and they love it too. Did both mile runs in 9 min pace did your rounds of 5-10-15 and that worked out perfect. Towards the end I had to do the last maybe 10 pull-ups kipping. I didn't want to but by then my arms were jello.
All in all from the beginning til now, I have improved my pull-ups and feel great, lost about 10 pounds and feeling really strong. I am really happy with this program and you have been nothing but amazing as far as helping me. I am looking excited for the next phase.
