WARRIOR YOGA
Warrior Yoga is SEALFIT’s intensive yoga training that combines breath control, the physical movements of yoga standing and seated poses (based on Ashtanga yoga), functional fitness using select body-weight and kettle bells, and martial movements from our Combat Conditioning program. This seminar will teach you the philosophy behind this unique warrior training, the methods, and give you a foundation for a personal practice. This is NOT a teachers training, and no prior yoga experience is required.
Warrior Yoga is essential training for SEALFIT Academy students and overlaps all 5 mountains of the SEALFIT training system. The training develops one physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Students also rely on this training for durability, flexibility, concentration and body control. It is a “Core” practice of SEALFIT’s Integral training program.
Developed and led by SEALFIT founder Mark Divine, this program is open to all fitness levels.
What you can expect
- Training from 8am to 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday
- Overview of SEALFIT 5 mountain philosophy and methods
- Warrior Yoga training philosophy and methods
- Breath training – Box breathing, Concentration breath, Power breath and resting breath. Also Kria energy breathing
- Sensory development
- Concentration and Meditation techniques
- Standing and Seated Poses
- Functional fitness and Combat conditioning modules
- Guided Visualization and Meditation practices
- Offensive Mindset
- Full Warrior Yoga practice both days

FAQ
What should I bring? There are no gear requirements for Warrior Yoga. Wear comfortable clothing, yoga movements are involved. There are 2 optional physical training sessions- dress accordingly.

Course start/end times: The class begins at 8:00 am each day and ends at approximately 4:00pm.
What are the meals/food provided: Lunch is provided. There are drinks and snacks available in the SEALFIT Pro Shop on-site.
Minimum/maximum age requirements: Minimum age is 16 yrs. old with parental permission; there is no maximum age limit.
