Strength: work to 1RM weighted pull-up (WPU)
Strength Stamina: 6 rounds, not timed: 3 x WPU @ 90% 1RM, 15 x SDHP (55#KB), 10 x Clapping Push-ups
Work Capacity: Chelsae + 1: 6 pull-ups, 11 Push-ups, 16 Squats on the minute for 30 minutes
Durability: 3 rounds: 30 x 2-count bicycle crunches, 30 x reverse crunch, 30 x hands to toes
Notes: Equipment required: Pull-up bar & DB or KBs for weight
